We will then review the common estate planning mechanisms and why they frequently fail to accomplish their purpose. The majority of the presentation will be used to outline a collaborative process that focuses on the client's hopes, fears and dreams in arriving at an estate plan that can influence not only the client but the client's family for many generations.
