OUR CLIENT CARE PROGRAM

Once you have become a client of ours, you have the option to become a member of our Client Care Program.

It is our experience that after your estate plan is completed, in the future you will have questions about your plan - addresses may change, people designated may change, you will be out of town and need access to your emergency documents, or you may just need a resource for legal advice.

We receive multiple calls and emails a day from clients asking for this information. We hate to send a client a bill at our normal hourly rate for the time it takes to handle such inquires; however, because of the volume of these inquires we receive, unless a client participates in the Client Care Program, we must bill for all such communications.

We believe in long-term relationships with clients and can better serve you as your attorney if we meet once a year, review your plan and communicate often in a cost-conscious manner.

By enrolling in the Client Care Program for only $49/month, you may feel free to call on us as a trusted resource without thinking "how much is this call going to cost me."
